CANCELLATION FEE キャンセル料について
お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。 In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
WEATHER CANCELLATION 悪天候によるツアー中止について
台風や大雨などの悪天候により、安全にツアーを実施できないと判断した場合、ツアーを中止させていただくことがございます。
その場合、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
If we judge that the tour cannot be held safely due to bad weather such as
typhoons or heavy rain, we may cancel the tour. In that case, no cancellation fee will be
charged.
中止の判断と連絡について Judgment of cancellation and contact
- 中止の判断は、原則としてツアー開始の前日夕方までに行います We will make a decision by the evening of the day before the tour regarding cancellation.
- 中止が決定した場合、ご登録いただいた連絡先にお電話またはメールでご連絡いたします If cancelled, we will contact you by phone or email.
- お支払い済みの料金は、全額返金いたします Full refund will be made.
RESCHEDULING 日程変更について
ツアー開始8日前までの日程変更は、キャンセル料なしで1回まで承ります。
7日前以降の日程変更は、上記キャンセル料が適用されます。
Rescheduling up to 8 days before the tour is accepted once without
cancellation fee.
Rescheduling from 7 days before will be subject to the above cancellation
fee.
